Contact and Support
Where to get help, what to include in a report, and how to report abuse.
Discord is the fastest route
Our Discord server is where support happens. Staff and other users are there daily, and most questions are answered in minutes. Open a ticket for anything account-specific — never post credentials in a public channel.
What to include
A report with these five things gets fixed far faster than one without:
- Your profile URL.
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened.
- Your device and browser (for example: iPhone, Safari).
- A screenshot or a short screen recording.
Account issues
For anything involving access — a lost password, a lost 2FA device, a suspected takeover — start with Account Recovery, then open a ticket from the Discord account connected to your profile. That connection is the strongest ownership proof we can verify.
Staff will never ask for your password
No member of staff, and no bot, will ever ask for your password, your 2FA code or your recovery codes. Anyone who does is impersonating us — block and report them.
Reporting a profile
If a profile breaks the rules — impersonation, illegal content, harassment — report it through Discord with the profile URL and what the problem is. Reports are handled by staff, not by other users.
Reporting a security issue
Found a vulnerability? Report it privately in a ticket rather than publicly, and give us the steps to reproduce it. Genuine reports that lead to a fix are what the Bug Hunter badge exists for — see Partner Program.
Suggestions
Feature ideas go in the suggestions channel. Accepted suggestions grant the Suggester badge automatically.
