Short answers to the questions we get most often.
Is flexbio.link free?
Yes. Creating an account, building a profile and using the customization options costs nothing.
Can I change my username later?
Yes, from Settings. The old username is released immediately and every link you already shared stops working, so change it deliberately. See Account Settings.
Can I have more than one profile?
Open the profile selector in the dashboard sidebar and choose Manage Profiles. Versions keep independent content, while the account's addresses always open the active one. See Profiles.
Why is my change not showing on my profile?
In order of likelihood: the change did not save (no confirmation toast), the section is hidden in Layout, or you are looking at a cached page. Reload in a private window to rule out the cache.
Why does my Discord or Spotify widget show nothing?
Widgets read public data. If your presence or status is private on that platform, there is nothing for the widget to display. See Widgets.
Why is the preview in Discord still the old one?
Discord caches link previews for a while. Your metadata is already updated; their cached copy is not.
How do I get a badge?
It depends on the badge. System badges are granted for a status, seasonal badges are claimed during a limited window, and custom badges you create yourself. See Badges.
Can I use my own domain?
No. Custom domains are not currently supported. You can still add your website as a normal link on the profile.
Is my profile indexed by Google?
Public profiles can be indexed. What appears in the result comes from your metadata.
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion is available from Settings. It is permanent — your username is released and your uploads, links and badges are gone.
